Let’s start a pool. Based on the history of efficacy and speed demonstrated by the City Governing Body I will make the first educated guess. Winter, 2032!!
Anyone else interested? I am hoping some of the history of Ocean Beach will be preserved in the upgrade. Those little tables and children’s books have been there for at least 70 years. I remember how exciting it was to go on a filed trip to the library with my class, sit on the rug, and listen to A ‘READING’. (Not by a Medium but by a librarian or teacher.) Fun days for a little Nerd.
