The decision by City staff will be made without a public hearing, no less than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of mailing the Notice of Future Decision. This project is undergoing environmental review.

here comes Mami beach right here in OB. Maybe we need a big 3 story hotel where the Rite Aid was. Perfect location walking distance, they could run a shuttle, to the beach . Views from upper levels and the roof top deck.
