I visit OB every year to attend this parade from AZ :) My niece from MN flies in as well – that is how cool and appreciated this parade is. My fav entries were the OB Hardware Store and the local gal with the bike and like 10 Chihuahuas dressed like Santa and a barking Beagle :)
When it starts barking that Beagle can be heard all over OB no matter where it and you are.
