It’s been vacant for years, it’s not practial as a SFM anymore, it’s on a very busy street corner, every person who walks a dog past this beat up old home, has it’s canine piss or crap in the yard, knock it down and put affordable housing there.

Well I guess it’s safe to say you got your wish, but to say it’s been abandoned for “years” is a stretch. The couple that owned the business inside of there retired and moved back to France, and this was after the pandemic so if by years you mean one or two then okay I guess.
