The building was originally constructed in 1959 on a 5,000-square-foot lot (assessor’s parcel 448-131-09).
Muse Holdings LLC was the buyer – c/o Utopia Realty Advisors LLC, 4617 Ruffner St., San Diego 92111.
Kristen K. Pieper, trustee of the Kristen K. Pieper 2010 Separate Property Trust, was the seller.
This sale adds to the already busy West Pt Loma Boulevard area of OB in the northwest quadrant.

I think the staff means real estate activity in that area has been busy.
Yup, I agree with Tyler, and there has been a bunch of real estate activity along West Pt Loma lately.

Well, OB is still a “bargain” compared to other coastal areas. With money markets stagnating and coastal real estate always being a sound investment, seems like the buyer got a fair deal.
Dear Frank we r a group interested in an extended stay Facility. I recently formed the group….Do we have a chance to run this place or stay there….we are All stable people looking for a place in SD.
