My fav’rit pitcher is where Frank is with the City guys from the SD Rec. Center, I think one is Ron – Great guy! My take, after speaking with him, later on, was we’re lucky to have him working our parks, though I did hear that earlier he may have given someone in our “vigilante force of urban farmers” a bit of grief over our unannounced “civil disobedience”! LOL
