Mandy Havlik is the only candidate I know that spoke at the Clairemont Community Plan Update hearing and the closing of Tecolote Canyon Golf Course at the City Council’s Audit Committee.

Mandy put pressure on the City of San Diego and Council Member Jen Campbell who finally put out a community message that the golf course in Clairemont was closing on Sunday, within a few days, and would reopen after the sewer and water main were replaced, and a new operating contract would be made later this year by Mayor Todd Gloria. Big win for the Clairemont community that was shut out of the decision making process.
