Ebers – Greene Project to Be Sold Off at Public Auction

Our friends near the boarded up Ebers-Greene project took photos the other day of notices posted on the property.

The notices are addressed to the property owner, Nelco Properties, LP, in relation to 2269 Ebers Street and warn the owner he is in default under a deed of trust or mortgage and unless he takes action to protect his property, it may be sold at a public sale.

The total amount due is $1,077,927 and 34 cents.

The property is scheduled to be sold on February 16, 2018 at 10:30 am, at the entrance to the East County Regional Center in El Cajon.

This is the latest development over the controversial building.

I can’t believe he was allowed to build that monster. I wonder who approve those City plans.

The Department of Development Services approved those City plans.

Sold for $925,000 in April 2018.
