This looks like a great program, if I weren’t up here in Oregon I wouldn’t miss it!
You are fortunate to still have Frank Gormlie here after some 44 years to talk about this significant event in OB/PL/SD history. Having been in the middle of the “Save OB” movement of the 70’s myself, I remember what an important role this grassroots piece of the media played. As a local historian myself I congratulate the Ocean Beach Historical Society for sponsoring this program.
