San Diego’s Community Planning Groups (CPGs) hold annual elections every March. Here are dates, times, and locations for in-person voting at some of this week’s elections. Be sure to bring your driver’s license or another form of ID showing your home address.
Tuesday, March 17
Greater Golden Hill will accept ballots in advance of its regular monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Conference Room in front of the Golden Hill Gym, 2600 Golf Course Drive.
North Park will accept ballots from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the North Park Library, 3795 31stStreet.
Wednesday, March 18
Midway will accept ballots from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 2911 Sports Arena Blvd. Suite C.
Otay Mesa will begin accepting ballots at 3:00 p.m. at the Otay Mesa Library, 3003 Coronado Avenue.
Thursday, March 19
Peninsula will accept ballots from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Point Loma/Hervey Branch Library, 3701 Voltaire Street.






For Thursday night 03/19/2026 from 4 to 7 pm, please vote for City Council District 2 Candidate Mandy Havlik for a seat on the Peninsula Community Planning Board for Point Loma,
Mandy has represented the community all the time and shows up regarding several issues including protecting the 30 foot height limit and opposing Midway Rising, and opposing housing at Famosa Canyon.
