In San Diego, residents are haunted by city plans from the past that tend to come back repeatedly. In turn, we are recycling a cartoon of future tall buildings and a freaked-out dog that was a past piece used by community members to stop the city proposals for large-scale, dense-growth-high buildings in our coastal communities.
Luckily, just nine years ago, we had Ed Harris, a GREAT District 2 Councilmember, who helped residents put through the Ocean Beaches Community plan.
Now, less than a decade later, the City and State are trying to nix our community plan!
