Yes, but Jennings’ House is still open with the BEST pumpkin muffins and breakfast foods. ALSO, car lot will probably be replaced by a high-rise condo building..NO surprise there.
My daughter goes to the elementary next door for UTK. San Diego Unified School District implemented it years ahead of the state mandate and the quality of the program is amazing. There were 3 weeks or so that the vacant lot was used for drop-off and pick-up by parents and I heard the property owner was not happy. I think they got an emergency tenant to gain back control of the lot and have at least some revenue come to them.
Horrendous use of land. The area is such a charming stretch of Point Loma with the recently installed lights accenting this attribute. Not a convenient location to pick up your rented Lambo unless you are en route to your STVR on Sunset Cliffs.

Your prediction was correct. Sadly so.
