There was reportedly a hit and run on Sunset Cliffs Boulevard, Saturday evening, Feb. 15, about 5:15pm.
Neighbors saw the aftermath of an incident where apparently a vehicle hit a woman walking her dog as she was walking along the west side of the street – and then the vehicle took off, not bothering to stop to see what injuries if any they had caused.
The incident occurred along the 1200 block of Sunset Cliffs Blvd.An ambulance came and transported the woman to a hospital and last this reporter heard was that locals were looking for the small dog she was walking.At this time there is not any further information regarding the woman and/or her condition. It is also not known if anyone got the license number of the driver.
Sunday evening, between 9:00 and 11:00pm there were several police cars investigating an incident also in the 1200 block of Sunset Cliffs. There was a report of many lights, lots of noise, etc. Another neighbor told she she heard gun shots just about that time. Again, there is no further information at this time.
