Today, No Kings hosted the single largest early voting activation in our history. Over 3,000 No Kings: Vote Early events took place across the country with people joining together with neighbors, friends, and family members to promote voting early because we know how important this election is.
While voting early is critical, it’s not where we’re ending. We need to make sure every vote is counted, every election is certified, and all the results are respected.
Rag reporter Michael Hernandez ended up going to two events in his area. There were a minimum of 21 events across San Diego County.

The first was a canvassing event by San Diego 350 Climate Action at the Officer Austin Machitar Memorial Park (formerly North Clairemont Park). He counted 10 people were there when they split off to go canvass. They were going door to door encouraging people to stand up for democracy and vote early.
The second was over the 163 highway by Mesa College Dr. And he estimated between 20-25 people in this crowd. A lot of cars honked in support of the crowd, they were waving signs and flags, and there was an informational booth right down the road telling people how to vote early!!
