Yep, and the two of them probably have a young staff, with no life experiences, which is a huge contributor to acquiring common sense and long term planning. But maybe they like to have young inexperienced staff, who nod their heads approving their every move.
Pat it would be really awesome if you stopped taking every opportunity to call anyone under 70 an idiot. I’m sure this comment section would be up in arms if it was the other way around.
It would be awesome if you didn’t pull people down with criticism to channel the narrative. It’s an opinion of an article that should be free to express in an inclusive way.
You’re right Johnny, this should be a safe space for individuals to make broad negative statements about people repeatedly without any pushback whatsoever. THAT is inclusive!
Love the sticker, both for content/message, and just the quality of the comic book-like art work. How did the artist do that? Hand-drawn of some sort of app or AI?
We need to chip in for a billboard, the real problem in San Diego has been Sean Elo-Rivera. Every single thing he’s done has made San Diego less livable and less affordable. And his new venture about the tenant gouging law instead of the tenants being able to see what they’re actually paying for everybody’s rents will go up. He loves the quote that his tenant protection law didn’t slow down Housing Development but the truth is he gave the developers 15-year tenant exemptions. I’d love to see developers play by the same rules existing landlords have to play by. He refuses to separate mom and pop landlords from corporate landlords.
