Ocean Beach to Host 14th Annual “Skate for the Kids” Fundraiser this Sunday
On Sunday, March 15, 2026, the Ocean Beach community will roll into Robb Field Skate Park for the 14th Annual Skate for the Kids. This high-energy afternoon of skateboarding, community spirit, and local food serves as a major fundraiser for Ocean Beach Elementary, with 100% of proceeds directly benefiting the school’s PTA
programs and student resources.
Presented by Ocean Beach Surf & Skate and the Ocean Beach Elementary PTA, the event runs from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and offers a packed schedule for families and skate enthusiasts alike.
Event Highlights:
Learn to Skate Clinic: Beginners can receive hands-on instruction from seasoned skaters to help find their footing.
Skate Contest: Young athletes (ages 5 and up) are invited to show off their skills in various youth divisions.
Meet the Pros: Local professional skaters will be on hand to sign autographs and showcase world-class talent.
