The Ocean Beach Planning Board Project Review Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 19 at 6pm at the Ocean Beach Rec Center. There are two projects on the agenda.

I believe it’s next door? It has a wild decorative metal fence, and a small house in the back of the lot which I believe will remain.
4763 – Cool looking home. Adjacent neighbor 4745-4749 will loose their ocean view but they probably knew that would happen one day considering the front of the lot was empty and would probably be built on one day.
