1 thought on “What’s Next for the Pacific Beach ‘Pencil Tower’?”
In the Letter from the State regarding a High-Rise Tower (THANK YOU!), ignoring the voted 30-ft coastal height limit, the letter states: “The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) received a request for technical assistance regarding the application of the State Density Bonus Law (SDBL)1 to the development project proposed at 970 Turquoise Street (Project).” Has anybody seen the “request for technical assistance?” It would be interesting to see what else the City provided in it. The State offers no date or format. I’m just wondering what the City said in addition to the answered questions.
