NFABSD was the first to sound the alarm about the City’s disastrous Bonus ADU policy and have been working diligently on its repeal.
Their work has been impressive from their research, charts and graphics, and giving of their personal time to attend city council meeting to advocate for better land development policies. Check out their website and support them with a donation.
The OBRag also deserves high praise for covering the Bonus ADU developer/investor scam and for giving the people of San Diego a forum to have their voices heard on this topic.

Excellent article from the author! This mayor has destroyed many neighborhoods, with his delusional push for more housing any way you can get it. These kinds of moves also increase the surrounding neighborhoods assessed, by the County Tax Assessor’s office, property taxes, in addition to the destruction of the neighborhood. Todd Gloria and the 9-0 City Council are all-in for this. The only hope lies with our strong Mayor type of governance, and anybody other than Todd Gloria, to bring a semblance of balance back to our current situation.
