Outside agitators…I have to roll that around in my mouth a bit. Found it tastes coppery, kinda like poison, definitely un-American. I first joined a Civil Rights Protest in San Diego in 1963, when an African American church group locked arms and sang “We Shall Overcome” in Horton Plaza. My friend, John Graham and I jumped off a City bus, tossed our school books in bushes, and joined-in to sing along with everyone. But everyone at that protest belonged here. In 1968, I joined an enormous protest march up 6th Avenue from Horton Plaza to protest against President Richard Nixon’s policies in Cambodia, another even larger in December 1969 and others on the SDSU campus in 1970. In all those protests, there was no mention of “outside agitators” because we were all local people speaking our minds. Perhaps this is happening because the issues are less clear because local kids are not actually involved in the Israel-Hamas civil war? What is the true story of the outside agigators? How about a story in the OB Rag about them?
If you had my book to read (it’s not published yet) you’d find that college presidents, town mayors and politicians all blamed “outside agitators” for everything during the height of the anti-Vietnam war movement back in the spring of 1970.
Ain’t that the truth? And so many of those ‘outside agitators’ were deliberately trained infiltrators along with the scads of snitches doing whatever they could do to keep themselves out of prison/or on the State money train. There sure were a lot of those I do recall, from folks dealing with pot busts to bikers facing 50 years.
They tended to talk the most violent, and always had a little cash for this or that. Little weasels that squirmed their way in.

The Face of Protest over dissent is a strange title for that picture by the way. I would say it’s the exact opposite; the very angry violent face of…hate coming for you.

I’m sure there are plants in the Anti-Genocide protesters, too, feeding direct information to their masters. The technology is so much more advanced now compared to back then it would be easy to do…

These two came up:
From The Hill (more mainstream):
Outsiders, Not Students, Caused Chaos at UCLA Protests
Catch the ‘no response to deliberate violent attacks on peaceful protesters’ by LAPD or campus police.’ No arrests, no statements, and in this I’m guessing that if the protesters had pulled out their own poles to protect themselves from the attackers, and started dropping these Pro-Zionists that charged in also tossing fireworks…there would have been a response and the cops would have beaten the students…
___
And this one goes deeper even finding anti-Semitic activists in the attacker crowd caught on video and tracked down.
