Activists at the Ocean Beach Green Center are hosting a meeting to formalize an opposition group to Target Express moving into OB – which will be held tonight, Tuesday, August 15th at 7:00 p.m. The Green Center is located at 4843B Voltaire Street.
People are asked to bring ideas in order to strategize on how to block the mega-store from moving into Newport Ave.
