OCEAN BEACH – Coastal Development Permit to construct a 1,495 squarefoot second single family residence attached to an existing garage on a 0.16 acre site located at 4635 Bermuda Ave in the RM-1-1 Zone within the Ocean Beach Community Plan, Coastal Overlay (non-appealable), Coastal Ht Limit, FAA Part 77, Council District 2, OBPB District 7.

 Action Item #002: Giddings Residence – (4662 Pescadero Avenue)

OCEAN BEACH (Process 2) Neighborhood Development Permit for walls in the public right of way for an existing single family residence at 4662 Pescadero Ave in the RM-1-1 Zone within the Ocean Beach Community Plan, coastal Overlay (non-appealable) coastal Ht. limit. FAA Part 77, Council District 2, OBPB District 7.

 Item #002 – Information/Action Item

Variances to the RM2-4 zone in Ocean Beach Community Plan. The OBPB Project Review Committee recommends that the OBPB request an immediate moratorium on variances in the RM 2-4 zone, the FEMA 100 yr Flood Plain A, without alley access and on substandard or 25ft front lots while the OBPB works with City Staff for a policy solution to these specific parcels.
