This evening at 11:15 the OB Rag had its one millionth page hit!
That’s right 1,000,000! One, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero! We started tracking our stats on November 24, 2007. We’ve been checking our stats page throughout the evening and captured the moment for posterity.
The San Diego visitor that clicked on us for the one millionth time came in after doing an AOL web search for “Councilman Carl Demaio and wife” and landed on Anna’s post, Carl DeMaio – the Misogynist Who Would Be Mayor? (a post with 43 comments). I’m sure they found some useful information… They spent a total of five minutes on the site and hopefully they will be back!

Truth be told, half of us went straight to bed after the millionth hit came in. The other half – after a nap of acouple of hours – stayed up into the wee hours.
