I am very disappointed that this organization and other human rights organizations have done so little to correct the Cheney/Rummy replacement of our old American policy of “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”. I don’t buy the enemy combatant story and the idea. Ashamed that my country picks up men, holds them for years, tortures them, then releases them after 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 years, never having proven they did anything wrong. Some cases the guy was just getting off a plane, other cases the guy was bought from War Lords by the CIA. The evidence is there and these organizations should be screaming bloody murder about it. America should be ashamed to be the next French Devils Island.
