Moments after this photo was taken, this bicyclist was knocked to the pavement by rushing water and dragged several meters along Newport Ave.   After the water receded, he brushed himself off and made jokes about being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

    1. Somebody got footage of this guy – literally – floating down Newport with his bike! It was crazy! After we realized he was OK, everyone had a good laugh.

  1. I just heard on the news the storms knocked 100′ of railing off the pier and they’ve got it shut down again indefinitely…
