Waterboard Sean Hannity? Yes, please.

Last night (4/22/09) on Faux News, Conservative Right Wing  pundit Sean Hannity engaged in a debate with Charles Grodin over the hot topic of  torture or as the right wing prefers to call it, “enhanced interrogation.”

The Republican right make it sound so warm and fuzzy when they put it that way. Somewhere along the course of their discussion while his voice cracks like a pre-pubescent catholic school boy, Sean Hannity agrees to be waterboarded for charity! This could actually raise a lot of money. I know many people who would pay good money to watch Hannity be tortured.  I’m sorry, I must mean “more vigorously interviewed?”

The question is how badly does he want to prove waterboarding isn’t torture? Can we first deprive him of sleep for 4 or 5 days? Slap him around a little, strip him down to his panties and then waterboard him about 25 times over the remainder of the week?

Who wouldn’t love to watch this guy attempt an interview on his show after not sleeping for 5 days and then being virtually drowned 25 times?

Heck, maybe he’ll finally confess to being a fascist.

Here’s the video:

Oops. According to the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report, the CIA employed these techniques on suspected terrorists anywhere from 83 to 183 times per individual. Not 25. This means Sean can raise that much more dough for the charity of his choice! Sweet.

Torture may not be effective, but it sure is fun. I say we keep it around (like it will actually go away).

Another sick mofo. These people laugh and joke while they attempt to make torture acceptable. Calling it “enhanced interrogation” to make it sound like something we shouldn’t be concerned with, or say it’s ok if it saved another attack from occurring, bla bla bla. Torture of another human being is wrong. They can spin it any fucking way they want, but it’s wrong. These are the same bastards that claim to be “good christians” aren’t they? Maybe they could spin it so that nailing someone to a cross was just “enhanced” punishment. Fucking hypocrites.

No way this little lying weasel will follow up on this one, unless Fox News can come up with some special effects or computer generated images to make it appear it real.

jettboy – i like the comparison of crucifixion = enhanced interrogation! So true!

But nothing’s shocking here right? We all knew this was going on. There is nothing we’re being told now that we didn’t already hear 3 or 4 years ago. Suddenly though, we’re being validated! There’s a new administration making it clear that this is going to stop and a real tangible possibility that some of these criminals will pay for what they did in our name. Let’s keep the pressure on! Don’t let them weasel their way out of this again. Those who authorized and carried out torture are the real traitors.

By the way, I heard Keith Olberman (the left-wing talking head) offered $1,000 per second on his show last night if Hannity were to get waterboarded. This is better than Tyson – Holyfield!

Seriously, where do we sign up to donate to see this hypocrite “experience” all of the enhanced interogation techniques over and over and over again. Pay per view anyone?

If he lasts 10 seconds then I’ll believe him that it isn’t torture. I don’t think he will because i just saw mancow getting waterboarded.
