The 78th annual Ocean Beach Kite Festival brought thousands of people to Robb Field. Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Ocean Beach, with assistance from the Ocean Beach Woman’s Club, the festival was a smashing success. The cloudy skies failed to dampen the excitement that only kites can bring. The oldest Kite festival in the United States.
