As I read it,
the 25th Amendment of the Constitution
says, to put it in a layman’s term,
that if the president,
when it comes to
discharging
the powers and duties
that the job requires of him,
is lacking,
then that president can be sent packing,
which should get us to asking
why we haven’t let our president go
on his non-merry way
since there is no one on earth
who could be more inefficient
at leading a nation
than the one we’ve got,
a man who
is mentally disabled,
totally unable
to feel compassion
for others,
bound by some
unearthly urge
to cause distress and psychological pain,
capable of, on a whim,
firing thousands of people
with no valid justification
or threatening
countries that are our neighbors
with tariffs
that will bring economic harm to our nation
or making immigrants
shake with fear
that they might be ripped away from their
families and friends
and jobs and businesses
and sent away.
And who will ever
forget
the sight of him
unashamedly
scolding, in the manner of the sociopath that he is,
the leader of another nation,
a loyal ally of ours,
on his case
for not dressing properly
and for not being thankful enough,
as though
folks should
kowtow and bow before him,
blind to the
deep emotional pain
that, like a tattoo drawing,
was etched on the face
of the man sitting next to him
obviously very much in need of a hug
and a helping hand,
his wishes denied.
While America’s
influence in the world plummets
to never seen lows
like the runoff from heavy winter snows
going over a waterfall
during spring time,
leaving us without a soul
we can call our own,
alone,
with no friends around the globe,
victims of a madman
who is completely
out of control
Oh, we’ve got to get our politicians
to take the 25th Amendment seriously
and rid us of this evil being
which means Democrats
will have to forcefully and deliberately
push Republicans into action on this
with no “reaching across the aisle”
and compromising,
no doves, olive branches, and lotus flowers,
because they,
due to their inaction
in getting rid of him in the past,
hold the key
to keeping democracy alive
and they will have to be pressured
on the radio and on podcasts
and on TV and on social media
and in Town Halls
and in newspapers
and magazines,
no matter if the source
is leftwing or rightwing
or independent,
as this is, literally,
an emergency
that definitely
can’t be taken lightly.
To not bring this man’s real life
reign of terror to an end
would be an unforgiveable sin,
leaving future generations
(our descendants, keepers of our bloodline),
to deal with
his wretched ideas,
notions
that can only lead to
social and political realities
that could substantially hamper
their ability
to create the hopeful world
loving and caring people
have forever desired.
This man is an enemy of the human race
and we need to tell him, all up in his face:
“YOU’RE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Yet, he somehow got 49.8% of the popular vote in 2024 which amounts to (77,302,580 votes) in 2024, that ought to show you how bad the other party’s messaging was doing.
John: and Harris got 48.3% even with the GOP gerrymandering of the last 20 years nullifying voters. Thrown-out ballots, ‘provisional’ ballots that never get counted, bomb threats in Democrat-voting districts, and all the rest of the dirty deeds that Republicans have been pulling for DECADES. Funny that the people who get caught committing ‘voter fraud’ tend to be Republican voters don’t you think?
Mayor of Nothing: come back in…oh say 6 months and let us know how it all worked out, eh? At this point, less than three months in, the economy is crashing and the future dims by the moment. Look up the last time a Republican President did this tariff crap, we were handed the Republican Great Depression of 1929. How did that turn out?
There’s a reason the shantytowns that sprang up across the country in the 1930s were called ‘Hoovervilles.’ Soon we’ll have Trumpvilles I’m guessing.
I’m sure you will celebrate what this article is saying while those of us who know history shudder in dread at the consequences of stupidity, greed, and Fascism by the wealthy.
