NTC Aquatic Center Workshop — Pt Loma Library Thursday, Sept.12

Here’s what that fine print says:

This project is to build an aquatic center and Naval Training Center (NTC) Park, as proposed in the NTC Liberty Station Park General Development Plan. The project scope may include constructing a competition pool, recreational pool and leisure pool with water playground features, spectator seating, and a facility with locker rooms within the currently vacant Building 619. This project is located in the Mission Bay community of Council District 2. For more information, please contact the project manager, Mark Calleran, at 619-533-5197 or email mcalleran@sandiego.gov, or Kevin Nguyen, at 619-4S1-8908 or email Ktnguyen@sandiego.gov.

  1. I wish they would consider an indoor pool. Weather on the San Diego Coast is often too cloudy/cold for comfortable swimming particularly for senior citizens.
