Don Carter. A local musician – loved by many.
Carter is the man who has been identified by friends that was found at the foot of the stairs at Garbage Beach or Ladera Street along Sunset Cliffs. His body was found last Monday, June 3.
There’s many heartfelt best wishes by friends on Carter’s facebook.
There are still many unanswered questions about his death.
