I find it curious that the Democrat super-majority in Sacramento would foist SB-10 on their own constituents.
If you want to see how this is going to turn out, visit Mid-City where three story apartment houses sit right next to 100 year old bungalows and block the sun and take up all the parking on the block and bring the social ills of high density housing into the neighborhood.
Not to mention the continued loss of tree canopy.
