The space at the former Lola Luna had been empty for a long time. The former women’s hip apparel storefront has been closed for years, despite its sign still being up. There were rumors of structural problems with the building.
But someone took it over and installed one of those sliding gates and it’s been tough to figure out what was coming in. We now know, as one of reporters slipped under the gate and talked to some of the workers inside. They were very busy and could hardly be interrupted. The did tell our staffer that a retail shop was opening – a jewelry store in fact.
The workers either did not know or did not divulge when the storefront was going to open.

This is a nice update that Lola Luna to be a jewelry store. It would be great that Lola Luna will be competing with Bon Jewels Girly Boutique but would be helpful for the customers. Thanks for the update.
