Wounded Congresswoman on Sarah Palin’s List of “Take Back the 20” – Website Taken Down Since Shootings

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was on a list on Sarah Palin’s website targeted for removal entitled “Take Back the 20” – meaning take back the 20 House of Representative seats the GOP lost to Democratic candidates.  The website has since been taken down after the horrible shootings today in Tucson.

Here is what the website stated before it was taken down:

20 House Democrats from districts we carried in 2008 voted for the health care bill

It’s been six months since President Obama signed his health care bill into law. Despite overwhelming public dislike of Obamacare, we were told that Washington knows best and there was nothing to worry about. Nancy Pelosi said Congress had to pass the bill so that Americans could “find out what is in it.” We found out that it’s even worse than we feared.

Join me in standing against those who stood with Obama and Pelosi in voting for this disastrous bill. The Democrats from 20 districts we carried in 2008 voted for Obamacare. Now we can vote against them.

Let’s replace them with good conservatives who will vote to repeal and replace Obamacare with patient-centered, results-driven, free market reform that provides solutions to people of all income levels without bankrupting our country.

Let’s reclaim the power of the people from those who disregarded the will of the people.

Don’t get demoralized, get organized. It’s time to take a stand.

We’ve diagnosed the problem…

And here is where there is a list of 20 Congressional Democrats … Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is number 4 on the list.  Here is the full list:

Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-1)

Harry E. Mitchell (AZ-5)

  2. This happens when you release information charged with personal beliefs. People think it’s their job to do something about it, a higher calling if you will, the political parties are struggling staying alive in this zeitgeist, thier, politics, followers sense this rotting decaying corpse of dead elephants and donkeys. That smell scares them and causes them to fight the fall line and use extreme measures to try to rectify what they think is wrong. That thought process if flawed, you are not up against a fall line you are at the beginning of the line. Live life, and propagate life.
