Item 603: Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for U.S. Housing and Urban Development Programs
Why it matters: In this report, the city grades itself on affordable housing, small businesses and entrepreneurship, public facilities and critical infrastructure, stable housing for the homeless, and community services: Spoiler alert: The city gives itself high marks across the board.

Item 5: Response to Grand Jury Report, “San Diego Peddles Bicycle Mobility Through City Dominated by Cars”
Why it matters: The County Grand Jury has concluded that City Hall needs to allocate more money for bike lane infrastructure beyond the tens of millions already spent on visibly underused bikeways. Will the Council agree?
