This is one of my favorite “free” events.
At a time when the public square is being whittled away, this is something we can all share.
If only they can eliminate the paid parking NOW and not at the end of the year, that would be better.
Update: I can confirm that “paid” parking is enforced from 8:00AM-6:00PM.
So, you can park for “free” after 6:00PM.
The concert starts at 7:30PM, so you don’t have to pay for parking.
