Not sure who created this sign. It’s small in size, but has a mighty message. If heading out of OB on West Point Loma Blvd., you can see this little sign hanging on a palm tree. The opinions of OBceans may vary about this topic, immigration, ICE, etc. But whoever made this sign and somehow hung it up high on this palm tree was very firm in his or her opinion! Three words said it all for this protester. For those who thought the rebellious spirit of OB was a thing of the past, rest assured it remains strong. Referencing Star Wars, the force was strong in the individual who made this sign.
This is 4D chess by the Trump administration. They want it all over tv and internet that Democrats go out and protest in ice cold weather over people who are in the country illegally. Meanwhile, never lift a sign in the air or go out and protest for the taxpayer. You don’t attack ice, you go vote and change the laws you don’t like. Trump won the popular vote. 77 Million people knew what Trump was going to do and still voted for him. He won. You can list 1000 things you hate about Trump – America still chose him over Democrats policies.
You are correct, 77 million people voted for Trump. And based on his current approval rates hovering at less than 40%, about 20% of those people have realized their mistake. And you are correct, not all Democratic policies are great. But Democrats recognize this and try to change their leaders minds. They don’t follow blindly.
You know what Democrats have never done? I don’t remember any of them threatening allies with invasion, calling Allies stupid in their speeches, or putting us on the verge of WWIII.
I also don’t remember any Democrats reaping vengeance on anyone who disagreed with them, or trying to punish a national hero just because he exercised his right of free speech and told people to follow the law.
I don’t remember any Democrats invading a sovereign nation claiming it’s to stop drug trade while literally in the same month pardoning drug dealers and drug lords because they paid a bribe.
Finally, I don’t remember any Democrats attempting to suspend the rule of law and turn this country into a dictatorship.
Here’s the difference between Trump supporters and Democrats. If any Democrat attempted to create a dictatorship like Trump is, Republicans would be up in arms, but so would Democrats. We don’t follow our leaders blindly. We question them and we protest against them. Remember when Democrats forced Al Franken to resign because of a joke that went to far before he was in office? Apply the same morals to Trump as you would to a Democrat who attempted the same things, and then we can talk.

4D chess? That’s a good one.
