The Tilted Stick bar at 4970 Voltaire in north Ocean Beach is patronized by Vic Tulsie and Laura Lynn Tulsie.
To surprise Laura on their 10 year anniversary celebration, Vic threw up this billboard. It’s near Voltaire and Bacon. Ten years ago they met at the Tilted Stick.
And it’s the only billboard in OB with love as its motivation for being.
The Stick is the epitome of a local dive bar where yes, everybody knows your name.
