San Diego Police say they know who murdered “Ras” Riley on an Ocean Beach street last June.
The African-American homeless man was stabbed to death on Bacon Street without provocation on June 22, 2017. Video cameras caught an image of a man in the vicinity.
After the Town Hall meeting held Tuesday night at the OB Masonic Center, Lt. Matt Dobbs told this reporter that police know who killed Riley. But that’s all Lt. Dobbs would say.
No arrests have been made.
It is comforting to know that police do have a suspect and for some reason have not moved on him. Everything else is speculation.
