Chickens in the city, huh? Should make for some interesting debate…and I’m curious to see the local reaction to SANDAG’s RTP – it garnered considerable praise from attendees of the SD City Council meeting last week…
Oops…hit ‘submit’ too quickly – the RTP has a lot of money for public transit, and a good chunk of highway funds are directed toward HOV lanes, which is the reason the community seemed to get behind it.
