Marston House kitchen stove

by on May 31, 2011 · 8 comments

The kitchen stove, made by Wedgewood, has six burners, two ovens and a warming oven.
Although not original to the house the vent hood above was used by the Martson family.

I have been looking for a vent hood exactly like this for about 10 years. I have a 6 burner, 2 oven, broiler and right side griddle Wedgewood and need a vent hood. Where can I find one like this?

Thank you for ANY information that points me in the right direction!

We had a lovely hood mAde by Vent a Hood. It took them over a year to make it but it was precisely what I asked for. I drew a precise drawing of a 5’ long domed hood with stainless steel straps. Perfect!

Do you know what year this stove was made? I have an identical one and would love to know how old it is.
