WASHINGTON, DC.  Karl Rove, once acclaimed as George Bush’s brain, was arrested yesterday by Capitol Police.  Rove had returned to the Capitol for a speaking engagement, when he was confronted by officers with a warrant for his arrest for his failure to testify before Congress.

The specific charges were not available at press time.

Alberto Gonzalez, Rove’s attorney, called the arrest “outrageous!”

“We will do everything to get this American hero out of jail,” Gonzalez told reporters as he hurried into his car after departing the DC jail.

As details become available, we will certainly pass them along.

Are you sure he wasn’t arrested under the “Ugly Tie in D.C.” law?

other breaking news…

GOP claims they had nothing to do with the decisions they made.
The Republican Party, currently led by Radio Host Rush Limbaugh, wonder why Obama can’t fix the mess they created using their failed ideas.

Leading story in the Mainstream Media: President Obama uses a Teleprompter!
Do we really want a President who can read?

Republicans unilaterally reject largest middle class tax cut in history.
Their American Dreams come to an end as tears trickle-down (get it?) their cheeks.

oh, wait, all these are real news stories?

Ah, we can dream; maybe one day … Meanwhile, this may have a chance to become an entry in the Museum of Hoaxes list of classics:
(For print media aficionados, check out entry #5 on the islands of San Serriffe!)

rak – thanks so mulch heh heh; here’s #39 on that great list you provided – chek it out – it’s from San Diego:

#39: Space Shuttle Lands in San Diego
1993: Dave Rickards, a deejay at KGB-FM in San Diego, announced that the space shuttle Discovery had been diverted from Edwards Air Force Base and would instead soon be landing at Montgomery Field, a small airport located in the middle of a residential area just outside of San Diego. Thousands of commuters immediately headed towards the landing site, causing enormous traffic jams that lasted for almost an hour. Police eventually had to be called in to clear the traffic. People arrived at the airport armed with cameras, camcorders, and even folding chairs. Reportedly the crowd swelled to over 1,000 people. Of course, the shuttle never landed. In fact, the Montgomery Field airport would have been far too small for the shuttle to even consider landing there. Moreover, there wasn’t even a shuttle in orbit at the time. The police were not amused by the prank. They announced that they would be billing the radio station for the cost of forcing officers to direct the traffic.

Karl Rove would have been the stereotypical “jail house bitch” Look at the panic in his eyes. It is about time that we seriously punish white collar criminals severely and not just with a slap on the wrist. The poor masses do major jail time for simple possession or petty theft while scumbags like the Enron gang and Madoff(the exception) go to Club Fed. THE PEOPLE NEED TO RISE AND SPEAK UP…Much of our pitiful economy can be traced to illegal activity and corruption.

Karl Rove and FOX news two good examples, of the blind leading the blind.
It’s not about the fighting among ourselves, it’s about GREED, Power, Privilege
and sounds like Money.

Karl Rove, what a poor piece of humanity!!! Him in jail would be like that fat guy from Shawshank Redemption who kept crying for his Mommy. The one with the mushy butt that everyone bet on would be the first to crack.

Bush’s Brain??? He looks and acts like a pedophile!!!! The typical nerd in HS who goes to Washington and has a Napoleonic Complex. And reeks havoc because of it. I say get all of those gutless dickless draft dodgers out of Congress. Such other notables include Hennry Kissinger, Dick Nixon, Donald Rumsfeld and the Queen of the Queen’s Dance , Dick Cheney. The man sleeps in a coffin with the light on.

Anthony! got me laughing…i agree! but I think you forgot that Rove really looks like one of those closet cross dressers. It would be great to know what his secret agenda’s are.

This is disgusting. He is just poking fun at us and flaunting his criminality in our faces.

jermxbear August 9, 2011 at 12:18 pm

Karl Rove , Evil genius or just a totally unprincipled scumbag? I’m sure other people have thought of similar crap, they just had too much self respect act on it.

Rudy February 6, 2012 at 1:59 pm

Rove is nuts. He is so jelious that he wasn’t the “Bush Brain” that saved Detroit. He probably was probably part of the reason that our car industry crashed. We should ask Clint Eastwood if he is offended by Rove…even better…put them in the same room and see if Rove is “feeling lucky punk”. Shame on Rove and his cheap political tactics…what an old lady….

andy Holman February 6, 2012 at 5:39 pm

karl Rove is truly stupid and actually gets paid for such idiotic statements, and how goofy can you look

BeadStallCup February 18, 2012 at 11:12 am

American Hero??? HaHaHa. HaHaHa. HaHaHa. HaHaHa. HaHaHa. You mean American’s premier vote rigging cheat and political con artist, don’t ya? American Hero??? HaHaHa. HaHaHa. HaHaHa. That’s got to be one of the most ludicrous and ri-da.mn-diculous things I’ve ever heard. Karl Rove, an American SleazeBall is more like it.

Diana June 9, 2012 at 2:28 am

Rove is as dangerous as a rabid wolf…and should be handled in a simular manor.

Donald Pelton November 8, 2012 at 9:40 am

Ha Ha Ha. Heard he went into overwhelm Tuesday night when in turned out most of that money he had poured out to ensure a Romney and neocon majority was p.s..d away. No doubt he’ll be peddling insurance in another four years.
