We’ve got a court
that’s considered “Supreme,”
yet, it has trampled on women’s
hopes and dreams,
taking away their right
to have autonomy regarding
their health and their bodies
that go back to the previous century,
leaving their
granddaughters
and great-granddaughters
to face a reality
where they, might, someday,
serve time in the penitentiary
for bringing an end to a pregnancy,
no matter how loving and caring
and law abiding
they might,
as human beings,
happen to be.
I can only cry:
“Mercy, me!”
Seems to me if
the highest court in this land
was truly “Supreme”
there would be no ruling of theirs
that would
endanger women’s general wellbeing,
no bastardizing of
“EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW”
which happens to be
its ultimate responsibility.
Ever so sadly
we have a shameful Supreme Court
that’s a menace to society.

Yes, indeed, a menace to society. Thank you, Ernie. Shameful that newest female member, Justice Amy Coney Barrett voted to eliminates a 50-year-old constitutional right that safeguards her freedom and equal station. She
taught civil procedure, constitutional law, focused on stare decises. And Justice Thomas as well as Ms. Barrett, oh and Ms. Thomas, come to think of it with their elitist originalism postulating–what would Mister Thomas’s or Ms. Barrett’s chances to have even been considered to become Justices, I wonder? Urban dictionary defintion:” Oxymoron, Supreme Court ‘Justice.'”
RIGHT ON! They are supreme in subverting our LIVES AND LIBERTY

“Innocence is not enough” are words to chill your heart. That’s the language Arizona state prosecutors used, and the Supreme Court agreed this week. They voted six to three, in a case called Shinn v. Martinez Ramirez, that incarcerated people, including death row inmates like Jones, have no right to bring new evidence in their claims of ineffective lawyering in federal court, even if that evidence would show they’d committed no crime.
SCOTUS Thomas said ”intervention is an affront to the state and its citizens who returned a verdict of guilt after considering the evidence before them.”
This from a ‘justice’ whose wife was an active insurrectionist during Jan. 6th.

When will the first ‘official’ Pogrom happen since it’s pretty obvious that the Purges are already in motion getting rid of anyone in State governments that count the votes but don’t agree that partisan GQP politics is the only thing that matter? Then perhaps comes the new Roman Catholic Inquisition since torture has been ‘normalized’ across the planet by US government employees…so-called ‘enhanced interrogation’ is just fine now.
Where do extremist religious cultists stop? They don’t, folks, not until all their ‘enemies’ are dead and they have total control to enforce their ‘beliefs’ on the rest of us. It’s been coming for a long time, and really got going in the 70s… Remember those ‘immoral minority’ crazies that got going that decade? They started small, with school board elections. Now they’ve taken over the legal system and stacked the courts and state governments and are destroying free speech by censoring librarians.
