Andrea for city council! What a great interview, wonderful camera work including drive-thru scenes of OB and drone video of OB. OBceans ought to be proud to have such an articulate and passionate person chairing the planning board. That’s my 2 cents.

Very well done, Charlie. I agree with Frank, she was articulate. And, she brings a younger voice to the planning board. It is always a wonder to me that some young people are involved like this, I surely had no such ideas at her age. Keep the videos coming.
Wow! She’s confidant and smart. Holy smokes. I hope she has the stamina to shoulder through all the negative vibes that will be heading her way.
Let’s not forget that our local “friendly” politicians are feeling their oats because our “friendly” politicians in Sacramento have passed laws that allow more intense development as a knee jerk reaction to housing challenges. Rather than put new high density housing where it’s appropriate, our legislature has seen fit to unleash the dogs and allow development everywhere without thought.
Treat our politicians with respect, but distrust what they say until proven otherwise. Stay on top of what they’re doing, be involved, be vocal. After all, politicians are our employees doing work for us.
