Jen didn’t do her homework when it came to the Sports Arena PUBLIC property. The deal was fast tract! We already had Faulconer lead us unto one money pit deal with the SDG&E building. He pick a developer that during the pandemic that had major problems: Excerpt: Neha Chamaria “The “Motley Fool” Published Apr 5, 2020 5:14PM EDT- Investors in Brookfield Property Partners (NASDAQ: BPY) couldn’t have seen this coming: Shares of the real-estate management company crashed a shocking 50.6% in March, according to data provided by S&P Global Market Intelligence.”
Also, this project was sold to voters as a having needed low-median income housing, yet watchdogs who knew the numbers knew that wasn’t the case. The State should stop this now and San Diego Government should stop the public land giveaways! Jen working behind closed doors, NOT working with residents.
