I’m not officially an OB-r but I’m a long time fan – and I lived in & loved IB for a very long time (till the Port ‘Authority’) & beachfront development kinda messed it up for me (and a lot of others).
Anyway, of course I’d heard about air b&b’s but t’was only recently I actually googled a few because of a hoped-for trip. Frankly, they appear to be a great thing. People on my income could not afford even the so-called low-end costs of Motels/Hotels nowadays. so they seem like a real help. Not sure what it feels like to be on the other side of this controversy, but surely if guests are clean and well-behaved, there’s not much harm? Or am I mistaken?
