All of these changes are what is increasing our density. AND, I know that property values and worth can support this. I have lived in O B since ’76. Owned my property since ’83. These issues, are crucial to quality of life. I watched the property across the street go from a single family to a single plus 3 units with garages under. Garages are called for by code for parking, however, these are all rented out separately and DO NOT ACCOMPANY the unit that they were intended by code, to provide parking for. Lots of ways to circumvent the intent., of the codes.
