The banner finally made it up! The banner that celebrates the 100th birthday of the OB Branch Public Library now adorns the outside of our current branch.
All thanks to the Friends of the Ocean Beach Library.
Our OB branch is celebrating “a century of books by the beach”. According to OB historian, Kathy Blavatt, the original OB Library was where New Break Cafe now sits, down on Abbott, across from the lifeguard station.
