Before and after pics – Intersection of Catilina and Jennings. Storm drain backed up so much the manhole cover in my backyard popped off. Andrew wrote us: All of Catilina was flooded and now there is a big mess of rocks from all the alleyways, which I fear will end up in the storm drains and plug it up even more!
