Please accept our sincere appreciation for your participation in the 36th Annual Ocean Beach Holiday Parade. We hope you enjoyed the parade as much as we did!!
We want to extend our Congratulations to each of this year’s Parade Winners:
Category Winner
Family: Whale Riders: mOBy dick
Individual: Magician Loch David Crane and the Star Trike
Merchant: The Inn at Sunset Cliffs
Neighbors: OB Pause Committee
Organization: San Diego City Lifeguard Service
The winners were determined by a panel of esteemed local judges, which included Tom Perrotti, President of the OB Community Development Corporation; Barbara Iacometti, President of the OB MainStreet Association; John Ambert, President of the OB Planning Board; Kayla Fleming, guest judge (she won this position at our holiday auction that raises funds for the OB Food and Toy Drive); and Pat James, Co-Founder and President, of the OB Historical Society.
Much thanks to each of our judges for their participation, and Huge thank you to all of our 100+ parade volunteers! The parade could not have occurred without the commitment and support of our community members! Thank you!
At the next Ocean Beach Town Council meeting on Wednesday, January 27th, located at the Masonic Lodge at 1711 Sunset Cliffs Boulevard in Ocean Beach at 7:00pm, we will present the Parade winners with their awards/plaques, and we welcome your attendance.

Also, we will be holding our annual OB Food and Toy Drive prep nights on December 15th – 18th at the Masonic Hall – we are always looking for volunteers and donations. Please stop by to lend a hand or give a donation. Additionally, our distribution to local families and seniors will be on the morning of the 19th. All details are available on our calendar:
Lastly, if you are not already a member of the OB Town Council – please consider joining today. The Ocean Beach Town Council is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the care and improvement of our beautiful coastal community. Membership costs $20 per year, and all money raised goes right back to helping our community.
