Vacation rentals on Santa Monica Ave.
Community Forum Monday Night for Public Discussion
Tonight, September 21st, there is a Community Forum in Ocean Beach on short term vacation rentals. It will be held at the OB Woman’s Club, located at 2160 Bacon Street and begins at 6 pm. It is a joint forum of the OB Town Council and the OB Planning Board.
The forum will be facilitated by the Planning Board and will include a public discussion of the vacation rental issue and will also include a review the Draft Framework for Vacation Rentals put forward by the City of San Diego.
The meeting will serve as a forum for the community planners to gain understanding of the general opinion in order to facilitate that opinion in upcoming city-wide community planning meetings. Public participation is highly encouraged for a productive dialogue.
